BESNIK AJAZI

User data is my design compass, guiding me to craft intuitive and delightful experiences that users love.

My process focuses on release cycles and validation. Think, build, launch, measure. Repeat.

Out of clutter, find simplicity

I'm passionate about lean methodology, sprints, and user validation. I shape a product by iterating on both features and problems, day by day.

Every day, I refine and improve my workflow. I'm constantly mixing different methodologies, in order to get the most out of each one. Lean, Agile, Scrum, GTD… They're not dogma, just a starting point.

Never confuse movement with action

I've cultivated a rich and diverse skill set over the years, spanning 15 years in design, 8 years in front-end development, and 20 years as an artist painter. This blend of expertise is the foundation for my versatility and adaptability, allowing me to seamlessly integrate knowledge from various domains to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Art Profile

I have explored many radical modernist styles at various points throughout my career, starting with Socialist Realism, at my beginning in adolescence and youth, to continue with Impressionism, Post Impressionism, Cubism, and Surrealism, all of which encouraged me to find my style and to move toward to more traditional Mediterranean color approach.

Raised in Albania, living in Washington DC

My journey to the USA 11 years ago was fueled by a profound appreciation for its unparalleled enthusiasm and opportunities in the design field. Having lived in various countries, I've gained a global perspective and learned not to take these unique aspects for granted. The USA's creative landscape remains an endless source of inspiration.
