What is the logical data model organization?

The beta.SAM.gov domains contain data that has been migrated from our legacy systems. The domains support two distinct types of federal awards: acquisitions and assistance.

What are main categories?

Assistance Listings is a government-wide catalog of federal programs, projects, services, and activities.
- Contract Opportunities
Contract Opportunities is a government-wide list of notices of proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.
- Contract Data
Contract data is publicly available information about all unclassified contract actions over the micro-purchase threshold.
- Entity Information (Entity Registrations).
Information collected from anyone (e.g., vendors, state & local governments, individuals, non-profit organizations) who wants to be considered for a federal award.
- Federal Hierarchy
The federal hierarchy provides an organization hierarchy of funding and awarding departments or independent agencies, sub-tier organizations, and offices.
- Wage Determinations
Wage determinations provide the required wage rates and fringe benefit rates that must be met on federal procurement contracts for each labor category.
